Dipl.-Ing. Arnold Faller

Arnold Faller was born 1972 in Steyr, Austria. He studied Architecture at the University of Technology in Vienna, Austria and the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA. He received his M.Arch. from the Department of Computer-aided Architecture and Planning at the University of Technology in Vienna in 2001. In his thesis he worked on simulation and visualisation methods for non-linear processes in urban environments. During this time he worked for several architecture firms in Vienna, Stuttgart, Chicago and Steyr, as well as working as a freelancer in Architectural Visualisation and Animation, Multimedia Design and Software Training and Consulting.

Arnold Faller lectures at the University of Technology in Vienna and deepens his student’s understanding of principles in Graphic Design, Animation and Special Effects Production in Films. His students also develop communication skills, concepts and theories in creating successful architectural presentations. Familiarity with new technologies and the ongoing stream of innovation allow the students to utilise an ever-increasing range of creative possibilities and enable them to communicate with their audience more effectively, giving them the competitive edge.
